Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A wide stable door opens to a flight of railed granite steps that lead down to a securely fenced rear garden.

Securely fenced rear garden, visitors are welcome to mindfully explore part of the owners non-working farmland which includes a lake but dogs must be kept on a lead. There is undercover storage for bicycles and beach gear in one of the few farm outbuildings. Garden furniture provided.
