This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, WC and wash hand basin. Twin bedroom with two comfortable 2ft 6in single beds, wardrobe and bedside cabinet. This charming property is situated in a peaceful position, just a few steps from the seafront and the coastal path in the exclusive area of Hannafore in West Looe. The tastefully presented 2 bedroomed bungalow, is a mere amble from Hannafore sea side promenade and its beach with rock pools and sandy pockets for picnics. The local bowls club, pitch and put, tennis courts and tea rooms, all with their spectacular views of Looe Island, are very close at hand. The vibrant town of Looe and the West harbour side are only 15 minutes' walk along the seafront, with the larger long sandy beach in East Looe a little further on. Gypsy is a detached, spacious, comfortable property, tucked away just off the front line, with partial sea views, and its own private parking space in front of the terrace and entrance way. There is direct access onto the South West Coastal Path leading you over the magnificent headland to the pretty Talland Bay beaches or the super traditional fishing village of Polperro and beyond.

The bustling town of Looe is divided by the ever-changing river that separates quieter West Looe from the absorbing waterfront of East Looe, with its diversity of shops, restaurants and pubs, Banjo pier and sandy beach.
The pace and routine of life in Looe follows the ebb and flow of the tide and the movement of boats returning with their catch of fresh fish. Local boatman can ferry visitors to and from either quay, or alternatively, you can enjoy a pleasant cruise along the beautiful and rugged coastline, keeping an eye out for the schools of dolphins that can often be spotted in the bay.
A guided tour will draw you deeper into the labyrinth of ancient buildings, clustered together in the narrow streets and courtyards that make up the old town of East Looe. Visit the 16th century Old Guildhall museum with its interesting exhibits detailing the town's diverse history, or relax and just while away the hours on the wonderful sandy beach, separated from the river mouth by the Banjo Pier.
The South East Cornish coastline is dotted with lovely beaches, hidden coves, and pretty seaside villages to explore. You can also join the magnificent South West Coast Path to enjoy bracing cliff top walks with spectacular views.
For a different kind of day out, the Wild Futures Monkey Sanctuary is just outside Looe, providing vital refuge for primates in need, and a fascinating family activity whilst supporting a great cause.

Local Facilities: Hannafore Seafront just across the road. East Looe's beach 25 minutes' walk (shorter if use the foot ferry). During spring tides (extremely low tides) you can walk across to St. George's Island (Looe Island). Nearest Restaurant at Hannafore Point Hotel is 5 minutes' walk away, with the Jolly Sailor Pub in West Looe 10 minutes' walk. Polperro 6 minutes. Fowey by car 45 mins, but by car and Bodinnick Ferry 24 mins. Eden Project 50 minutes by car. Plymouth 45 minutes by car. Looe train station is 1.3 miles so approx. 30 mins to walk.
