Having arrived and parked, it is only a short walk across the gravel to the front door with two granite steps.

Light and cosy sitting room furnished with a sofa and two armchairs with two traditional sash windows providing plenty of natural light.
Kitchen / Dining Room
An archway opens into the living space with a modern fitted kitchen with all the mod cons and a table with six chairs at one end. A further area to relax with two comfortable sofas arranged in front of the ornamental fireplace and two traditional sash windows providing natural light at the other end of the room.
Utility Room
From the kitchen, an arch leads through to a utility room with a washer/dryer and doors leading out to the private sunny patio with a further door opening into a wet room with W.C and heated towel rail.

A double bedroom with a king-size bed, which can be split into two three-foot singles.
Bedroom 2
A twin bedroom with three-foot singles, which can be linked to create a king, with two traditional sash windows providing plenty of natural light.
