An Overview
The 36 x 12ft  modern & spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms 8 berth static caravan is located on the Magnolia Court area of the Primrose Valley resort, ideally situated in Primrose Valley Park close to the Lakehouse Complex on a small cul-de-sac with tranquil surroundings, we do allow a maximum of two pets at no additional charge. This 3 bedroom holiday home is Fully Double glazed with gas central heating. Large family bathroom with WC & walk in shower and 2nd family bathroom with WC. The holiday home has a huge enclosed full wrap around south facing decking with outdoor rattan furniture for relaxation. Free dedicated Huwawei 3 WiFi included and 42 “TV & DVD player in living area. In addition TVs in all three bedrooms. This caravan also has Sky in the living room if you have your own Sky card to use.

A £50 Deposit secures your break.
All bookings will require an additional £50 refundable security ‘clean and care’ bond, which is payable with the balance of the holiday.

Balances are due strictly by 8 weeks of the start of your stay. We are happy to accept payment by instalments.

At the start of your holiday the keys are located in a key safe at the holiday home which you will be given a unique code to access, so no queueing at reception for the keys.
