Parking beside this gorgeous six-hundred-year-old cottage, you climb the steps towards the unlocked gate and, as it swings open, a stunning view unfolds behind you with rolling countryside stretching out in soft layers. The sense of stepping into a place with centuries of history settles around you as you approach the entrance, the cottage standing with quiet confidence in its rural setting. Passing through the door, you enter the kitchen where the central island acts as a natural gathering point. The warmth from the AGA blends with the gentle heat rising from the underfloor heating, creating an inviting space to lean, pause and settle into the rhythm of the house. The induction hob and electric double oven stand ready for unhurried meals, while the microwave adds easy convenience. Moving through to the utility, you find the washing machine and tumble dryer tucked neatly together, alongside the unexpected fun of a table tennis table.
