This charming cottage can be booked with Rockhill Farmhouse (Ref 1096616) for larger groups of up to eight guests. One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you (no cats, or other pets). Kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Smart TV, complimentary WiFi and a selection of books and games. Modern electric heating throughout. Dog mat, towel, bowl and welcome treats provided. Outdoor dog shower available. Wrap-around lawn, patio with furniture and barbecue and a front terrace with furniture. Designated parking is available for two cars, with additional parking available upon request. EV charging is available for one car on the owner’s drive (cost per Kwh applies). For the comfort of all guests, smoking/vaping is not permitted on the premises. The owners live on site and are available to assist with any questions. A convenience store, coffee shops and pubs are located just 1.3 miles away.
