Kitchen with double range cooker, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Living/dining room and TV. Wifi, Air source heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road allocated parking space for a car. Fully fenced/gated garden, stone circle and private patio with furniture. 2 dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.2 miles, beach 0.6 miles. Until the end of June 2026 there is some light maintenance/plastering work at the property next door. This will be between the hours of 9am and 4pm. There is no machinery involvement but you may hear voices, apologies in advance if this happens.
