    More Information

The Coach House is a detached property located in Lympstone, Devon. It stands in the grounds of a larger country house surrounded by farmland and views across the Exe estuary. The owners have carefully converted this original Edwardian coach house into a modern and cosy home away from home. It is perfect for friends and small families.

Upstairs they have one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with a separate family bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room with a wood burning stove, a TV with Freeview, DVD player and WiFi.

There is also a dining area and a small fitted kitchen, which opens out onto a paved patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. They have a 10m indoor swimming pool in a detached outbuilding a short distance from The Coach House.

This property has views over the River Exe and has opportunities for walking, cycling and sailing on the Exe estuary. If interested in expansive scenery and wildlife Dartmoor National Park is half an hour’s drive away.

You won’t be short of beaches with places like Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth on your doorstep. Cruises are available for fishing and birdwatching on the River Exe itself and don’t forget the award winning children’s adventure park at Crealy Park.

The Exeter to Exmouth cycle route passes through the village and is popular for commuters and brings custom to the shop, café and pubs in the village.

The Coach House is the ultimate holiday destination.
