The Hoot, a tastefully furnished first floor apartment, accessed by 2 flights of stairs, boasts wonderful views of the Salcombe Estuary and occupies an enviable position on Sandhills Road.
The bright and spacious lounge / dining room is comfortably furnished with a TV with Blu-ray DVD player, a hi-fi system and sliding windows to a balcony with outdoor furniture. The dining table and chairs are in a separate alcove. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises of a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer dishwasher, washing machine / dryer and an additional breakfast table.
There are three bedrooms, an en-suite master with a King-size bed, wardrobes, TV and dressing table. En-suite facilities include a bath, shower, hand basin, w.c and heated towel rail. The second is a twin with a wardrobe and the third is a single with a wardrobe.
Adjacent to the second bedroom is a shower room with hand basin, heated towel rail, airing cupboard, w.c and shaver point.
St Elmo residents can enjoy the exclusive use of a heated outdoor swimming pool which is open from early May to late September. There is parking for one car, however additional parking may be available during low season. Wi-Fi available. Please note: all duvets, pillows, bed linen and hand/bath towels are provided.
