This lovely St. Austell cottage is homely and comfortable, and makes a great base for a group looking to explore south Cornwall. With a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, and en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, this St. Austell cottage is great for a variety of parties, and provides families or couples travelling together their own space to escape to for some peace and quiet. The fitted kitchen, conservatory with dining area and sitting room all combine to make a fantastic Cornish holiday home, with living accommodation suited to spending time together. The small enclosed rear garden at this St. Austell cottage is a superb sun trap, so you can sit out with the morning paper and a cup of coffee, before heading out for a day exploring this diverse area, and with the Eden Project just five minutes away, what better place to start? The Luxulyan Valley and Charlestown, part of the Cornish Mining World Heritage Site, are rich in history and offer wonderful walking amidst beautiful scenery, while parts of The Clay Trails are accessible from this St. Austell cottage too. The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Lanhydrock house and gardens and Pinetum Park are all well worth a visit, and of course, the dramatic coastline and plentiful beaches are another good reason to stay in this terrific St. Austell cottage.
