33 Lower Stables is a homely three bedroom apartment overlooking Maenporth Beach. Simple, comfortable and welcoming, it’s a great base for enjoying the Maenporth facilities, and the beach is just a short walk down the hill. Downstairs features a large, open plan living and dining area, and the kitchen. The balcony has views out across Maenporth beach, and is perfect for catching the sun with the morning paper. The master bedroom has a wonderful outlook over the sea, and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom, as well as a downstairs shower room.

The countryside around here is glorious: perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet, the coast, and the great outdoors. The houses that comprise the resort are sheltered by established trees. Walk for two miles to reach the vibrant harbour town of Falmouth or head in the opposite direction to reach Helford Passage and its brilliant waterside pub, discovering hidden coves along the way.
You don’t have to travel far for good food, as Maenporth is home to an award-winning restaurant, The Cove. Set on the edge of the beach, it has a large terrace where you can enjoy an alfresco lunch or post dog walk coffee whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views of Falmouth Bay. For dinner, tuck into their delicious a la carte menu in the Glassroom restaurant, which, as its name suggests, makes the most of its impressive outlook.
Only two miles from Maenporth is Falmouth – home to the third largest deep-water harbour in the world! Here you’ll find endless things to do and places to eat. Explore the historic ramparts of Pendennis Castle, discover Falmouth’s vibrant history in the National Maritime Museum or browse the town’s many art galleries and boutique shops.
