Comfy sofas are positioned around the Freeview television and wood burner, which provides supplementary heating to the electric central heating.
Kitchen appliances include an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher and microwave. Off the kitchen is a handy cloakroom WC with a washing machine.

Carpeted stairs lead down to the three bedrooms and family bathroom WC.

Bedroom with a double bed, laminated floor and ample hanging and drawer space. This bedroom also has an external door that accesses the front of the property (2 steps down).

A little further along the coast, the dramatic beauty of St Agnes and Chapel Porth awaits, while the expansive, dog-friendly shores of Perranporth are only a short drive away.
For those who love the outdoors, the nearby Coast to Coast Cycle Trail at Bissoe offers a fantastic traffic-free route stretching from coast to coast, perfect for exploring Cornwall on two wheels.
