Bluebell Cottage situated in Buckland Court, is one of a group of superb, architect designed conversions, symmetrically grouped around two pretty lawn courtyards and located in a sheltered valley in the pretty hamlet of Goveton. The cottage is only 2 miles from the town of Kingsbridge and a short drive from stunning beaches and coastal walks, making it an ideal base to explore the South Hams and the rest of Devon!

Please note: Babes in arms (immobile babies) welcome however there is no cot or high-chair provided at the cottage so guests should bring their own.
Outside
Accessed from the kitchen diner, the stone walled garden enjoys a brick paved patio area, furnished with garden table and chairs and pot plants. There is a lawned bank to one side and plenty of attractive hedging and established plants and bushes – a lovely space to enjoy the peace and tranquillity. 7 steps lead up to the second level of the garden with balustrading and another 4 steps lead up to the top tier of the garden which is a small lawned area. There is a gate from this top tier onto the pathway which leads to the parking area.
Parking
There is a car park for residents of Buckland Court with parking for one car. The spaces are unallocated but the car park is almost never full. The car park is located approximately 50 yards from the cottage.
There is no electricity in the parking area for the charging of an electric vehicle, but there are plenty of charge points in nearby Kingsbridge town centre, however it is worth checking your nearest charge points prior to booking.

Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and Mobile reception is generally poor but please check with your provider prior to booking. Wi-Fi calling is available.
Pets: Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome (regret, no puppies under 12 months). Pet charge £30 per pet per week.
