There is a private path from the rear of the house (accessed by other residents), which leads directly to the promenade and along the beautiful sandy beach.
Conveniently located, just a pleasant 5-minute walk away from the centre of Sandbanks is the award-winning Blue Flag sandy beach as well as being close to all the local amenities of Sandbanks which include restaurants, cafes, and water sports. A short car ride will take you to the popular seaside towns of Bournemouth and Poole with their many attractions and events. Close by you can catch a crossing to the National Trust site of Brownsea Island where you may get a glimpse of the elusive red squirrel. Across the bay via the ferry, you can explore the stunning Isle of Purbeck, the village of Corfe Castle and the Jurassic Coast.

The private rear patio area is accessed via huge patio doors from the open plan living area on the middle floor. Outdoor furniture, dining table, chairs and a charcoal BBQ is provided. A fabulous terrace from which to enjoy your holiday day and night and also witness the ever changing, glorious views.
There is a balcony from the two sea facing bedrooms on the top floor and each level has its own electric sun awning.

Having earned a reputation as the UK’s answer to Palm Springs, Sandbanks is a small peninsula of land that juts out into Poole Harbour. The golden stretch of Sandbanks Beach runs the length of the peninsula and beyond, offering safe areas for swimming, barbecues and a beautiful spot to watch the sun rise and fall.
