The ground floor offers contemporary, open plan space which incorporates a bespoke kitchen with double ovens and a large fridge freezer, dining and lounge with bifold doors. Guests can enjoy a separate snug / TV room with a large plasma TV and comfortable sofa, a great space for children to enjoy! The owners have put a lot of love into creating an incredible outdoor space for guests to enjoy – exit out from the kitchen onto a new decked area, perfect for outside dining. The large garden also comes with a hot tub and swim spa.
The first floor has three spacious, beautifully presented bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite and a terrace with harbour views. There is also a separate family bathroom. On the second floor is the stunning master suite with a dressing area, lounge and a luxurious ensuite with a freestanding bath and wet room shower. The bifold doors open onto an extensive terrace offering views over the marina and out across the harbour, the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset.
