Ground Floor
Entrance doorway leads into the entrance vestibule with bench seating and coat hanging space. This in turn leads through into a contemporary, open plan space ideal for entertaining and has the benefit of underfloor heating. The Lounge area has comfortable sofa seating, SKY glass TV and bi-fold doors leading out into the front courtyard garden. From the lounge area the space continues round with a large dining table and seating for 8 guests. This open-plan space also incorporates a fully equipped designer kitchen with integrated appliances and island unit as well as a snug TV area with a feature skylight, further comfortable sofa seating and wall mounted smart TV.
From here a doorway leads to the inner hallway which has a utility cupboard. This houses the washing machine,tumble dryer and ironing board. Two other doors lead off from the hallway into the Ground Floor Double Bedroom which has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. Next to the bedroom is the Ground Floor Bathroom which includes a toilet, wash hand basin with mirror over, shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
